Your startup can fail - But its impact doesn't have to

Startup
True impact doesn’t have to die with a failed startup—if we design for impact to outlive the venture.
The startup world is built around survival of the fittest. But impact isn’t the same as profit. Yet, in most models, when a startup folds, so does all the learning, the behavioral change, the community infrastructure it may have created.
What if we flipped that?
What if the real value of an impact startup wasn’t just the product or exit—but the IP of transformation it leaves behind?
At WIP, we’re building a venture studio that captures:
What behaviors shifted
What systems were nudged
What tools, data, or patterns are reusable
We treat every startup as a seed experiment in systemic change. Even if it fails commercially, its insights are composted, not discarded. That’s how we build an ecosystem that learns, instead of one that resets every time.
In a world of climate urgency, health inequity, and broken institutions, we cannot afford to lose impact just because we lost a company.
